Who I Am
T. Dianne Macpherson LCSW, LISW-CP, CCM, CAS, SAP, MAC, EAS-C
With over 40+ years of clinical experience specializing in mental health and addiction-related disorders, I have been providing SAP services to employers and employees located in North Carolina and South Carolina as a qualified DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) since 2013.
Throughout my career, I have provided a diverse and expansive collection of behavioral health services. From telebehavioral health assessments and interventions, to direct patient care in rehab, detox, and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs, to behavioral health managed care services to those who served in the US Military and their families and many years in private practice, I have collaborated with both clients and professional contacts to create positive, impactful, and effective outcomes.
Located in Greenville, South Carolina, I provide SAP In-person and Telehealth services to employees and former employees as well as DOT job applicants located currently in North Carolina or South Carolina only because of state licensing restrictions. Interstate Telehealth restrictions are changing so that broader services may be available in the future. Out of state employers may refer an employee physically located in either state for SAP services. DOT regulated current and former employees as well as DOT job applicants may have the option of Telehealth services according to current DOT waivers and guidelines on a case by case basis if remote assessment in clinically appropriate. SAP assessment fees are an all-inclusive package for DOT regulated current and former employees as well as DOT job applicants and hourly fees apply for non-DOT employees. Fees may be the responsibility of the employee or paid by a third party, such as an employer or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with a signed agreement. SAP fees do not include recommended educational or treatment programs.
